Welcome to the TLP space for learning, experiencing, and sharing in the name of the collective! 

This Fall, TLP is offering Part 1 of a long-er exploration on what it means to be "mindful" in today's modern world. While the term "mindfulness" is seen almost everywhere we turn, what is it exactly and how do we truly embody its essence?

In addition, we are also pleased to present a co-created one-off workshop debuting this October that will play with the intuitive mediums of meditation + writing in order to activate the creatives that reside live and well in each of us. Part 1:"Building a Foundation"

These days, it seems like everywhere we turn, we encounter the term “mindfulness.” Decades of scientific research do continue to show the beneficial effects of mindfulness on one’s stress level, self-awareness, sleep quality, mindset, productivity, as well as inner and outer relationships. While it all seems amazing, what exactly does it mean to be “mindful”? More importantly, how does one actually attain mindfulness?

This October, join spiritual psychology educator and certified meditation coach Jessica, as she introduces the basic science and artistry of staying in the present moment. Every session, expect to experience powerful mind-body and spiritual practices that can easily be applied into everyday life. From calming meditations to thought-provoking group discussions to deep personal reflections, welcome to the start of a mindfulness embodied.
