About the Workshop

Workshop Overview

Motherwork is constant, exhilarating, tiring, and deeply meaningful.  What are some ways our roles as caretakers can nourish our entire, whole selves?  Join Jessica and brenda in this month that honors mothers for a workshop blending mindfulness practices, guided imagery and creative writing & drawing exercises in a safe, beautiful space that will allow you to hold the motherwork you do in a new regard. This intimate 2-hour workshop will be held in English and a vegetarian lunch will be included.  Space is limited. Register now!
