Working With Jessica
A Foundation of Trust, Presence & Mutual Respect
Welcome to the lotus pond. I believe meaningful transformation begins when we create space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves. My approach to meditation coaching combines mindfulness practices, reflective inquiry, intuitive guidance, and personal exploration. Each journey is unique, and our work together is shaped by your experiences, intentions, and evolving needs. I invite you to read through the following principles before we begin. They reflect how I approach our work, what you can expect from me, and the commitments that help us create a meaningful coaching relationship.
the lotus pond coaching guidelines
-
Meditation coaching is a partnership. I bring my professional experience, presence, intuition, and coaching methodologies. You bring your lived experiences, curiosity, honesty, and willingness to explore.
There is no expectation to arrive with perfect clarity, a particular meditation experience, or a predetermined goal. Our work is about discovering what feels true and meaningful for you.
-
Meditation is a practice, not a performance.
Throughout our work, I encourage you to approach your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and a beginner's mind.
While our sessions provide guidance and support, much of the meaningful integration happens in everyday life. I invite you to take ownership of your journey by making time for your practices, reflecting on your experiences, and honoring the commitments you make to yourself.
We can move gently without losing our sense of accountability.
-
I maintain a small, intentional private practice so that I can offer each client my full attention and presence.
Our work is grounded in mutual respect for each other's time, energy, and personal boundaries.
This includes arriving on time, communicating changes promptly, honoring our scheduling arrangements, and approaching our conversations with honesty and care.
I also recognize that the right coaching relationship depends on mutual fit. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching when I believe another form of support would be more appropriate or our working relationship is no longer aligned.
-
You are welcome to reach out through our agreed communication channel for scheduling questions, brief check-ins, and sharing reflections.
I respond thoughtfully during my working hours, but I am not available for continuous messaging or immediate support.
Deeper conversations and coaching explorations are best reserved for our scheduled sessions.
