About the Workshop

Workshop Overview

Studies have shown that creative self-expression has wide-ranging effects towards our cognitive and psychosocial health, as well as our physical conditions. Simply put, creativity is a powerful mind-body and spiritual medium that can add to our overall well being! Join Jessica and brenda this Spring for a two-part weekend workshop blending mindfulness practices, guided imagery, creative writing & drawing prompts in a safe, beautiful space that will allow your inner creative to flow in its free form! Workshop will be conducted in English. Space is limited for an intimate experience. Sign up today!

Your Facilitators

Jessica Kay Lee is a 300H certified meditation coach with a Mind-Body & Spiritual Psychology Masters and Maternal Wellbeing Advanced Certification from Columbia University. As a global citizen and Asian American, Jessica combines her Eastern roots and Western academic training to offer culturally-sensitive meditation programs for individuals and groups. As a modern woman and a mother, she implements a feminine and intuitive approach in her healing and teachings. As a fellow human being living in today’s fast-paced world, she loves sharing wellness tips and resources that have not only supported her on her own journey, but that which have been backed by science & ancient spiritual wisdom. She currently offers 1:1 meditation coaching, meditation circles, seasonal workshops with awesome co-facilitators such as brenda, and psychoeducational resources. brenda Lin’s first book, Wealth Ribbon: Taiwan Bound, America Bound, is a collection of interconnected personal essays about family and cultural identity.  Her writing has appeared in Fourth Genre and WSQ.  Her recent work, on the intersection between text and textile, appeared in Sotheby’s and TextileXchange.  brenda is a high school creative writing teacher and has also designed and led several writing workshops for adults.  She loves creating spaces and opportunities for people to connect with themselves through writing.
